Effective August 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of 180 Prep at 180prep.ca ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
180 Prep provides original practice questions, timed sections, study plans, analytics, and AI-assisted feedback for admissions exams. Our questions are original works written and verified for the service; they are modeled on each exam's published format and skills, not copied from any test maker. 180 Prep is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LSAC, AAMC, ETS, GMAC, Pearson VUE, Acuity Insights, or any other test maker or admissions body.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; accounts are for individual use and may not be shared or resold.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Introductory or trial offers, where available, are one per customer and convert to the displayed plan price unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel any time in Settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change; we will give you notice before a change affects a renewal.
Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or other content; do not probe or disrupt the service, evade usage limits, or use another person's account. Our content is licensed to you for personal exam preparation only, and all rights in it remain ours.
We work hard to make preparation effective, but we do not guarantee any particular score or admissions outcome. AI-generated feedback is automated and can be wrong; treat it as coaching, not as an official evaluation. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable we will warn you first.
We may update these terms; for material changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without affecting any consumer protections of the place you live. Questions: [email protected].
